Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of MyanChat ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use MyanChat.
Accounts
Your account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.
You must be authorized to connect any Facebook Page or Telegram channel you link to MyanChat.
Subscription
Free trial and paid plans
Subscription fees are charged per the plan you select.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
When your subscription expires, the AI chatbot stops responding until renewed. Your account data is retained.
Platform Integrations
Facebook and Telegram
By connecting your Facebook Page, you authorize MyanChat to send and receive messages through that Page on your behalf. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards. By connecting a Telegram channel, you agree to Telegram's Terms of Service.
AI Responses
Your responsibility for chatbot content
MyanChat uses AI to generate replies to your customers. You are responsible for configuring your shop information, product listings, and AI instructions accurately. MyanChat is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate AI-generated responses. Review your chatbot's behavior regularly.
Prohibited Use
What is not allowed
Using MyanChat for illegal activities or to deceive customers
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
Reselling or sublicensing access to MyanChat without authorization
Sending spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels
Service Availability
Uptime and maintenance
We aim to keep MyanChat available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Termination
Ending the service
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
Liability
Limitation of liability
MyanChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue or data.
Changes
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyanChat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
